1) Suspension - forty-five days; 2) Effective April 17, 1991. The respondent was convicted of the federal misdemeanor of failure to file an income tax return in violation of 26 U.S.C Sec. 7203. Following a hearing conducted in accordance with MCR 9.120 (A), the hearing panel concluded that the respondent's license to practice law should be suspended for a period of forty-five days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $284.95.
