NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 90-170-GA Gregory S. Muzingo, P29914, Highland Park, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #5.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective March 1, 1991. The Grievance Administrator and the respondent submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and a hearing panel of the Attorney Discipline Board in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5).
The panel accepted the respondent's plea of no contest to the charges in the complaint that, while engaged in the private practice of law, his representation of a client in a civil matter and his communications with that client constituted violations of MCR 9.104(1-4) and Canons 1, 6 and 7 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(1,4-6); DR 6-101(A)(3); and DR 7-101(A) (2,3). Costs were assessed in the amount of $150.00.
