1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 28, 1990. Respondent's plea of nolo contendere to the misdemeanor of assault and battery was accepted by the 61st Judicial District Court on June 16, 1989.
In accordance with MCR 9.120(A)(3), upon the filing of the judgment of conviction the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. In an order dated November 6, 1990, Attorney Discipline Board Kent County Hearing Panel #2 ordered that the respondent be reprimanded.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $322.11.
