1) Reprimand; 2) Effective January 24, 1991. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115 (F)(5) which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. The respondent pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan to one count of Unlawful Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor) in violation of 21 U.S.C. 844(a). Costs were assessed in the amount of $183.96.
