NOTICE OF REPRIMAND ADB 179-89 Patrick J. Grace, Jr., P-25367, Emmet, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Macomb County Hearing Panel #6.

1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 1, 1990. Respondent was convicted in the 37th Judicial District Court of Michigan of the misdemeanor of malicious use of telephone on October 3, 1989. In accordance with MCR 9.120(A)(3), upon the filing of the judgment of conviction the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. Attorney Discipline Board Macomb County Hearing Panel ordered that the respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $132.96.
