NOTICE OF SUSPENSION ADB 68-89; 182-89 Leodis Elliott, P-31365, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board affirming a hearing panel order of suspension.

1) Suspension - thirty days; 2) Effective August 22, 1990. The respondent failed to answer the formal complaints, but appeared at the hearings held in Detroit on January 4 and 16, 1990. Respondent filed a petition for review seeking a reduction of discipline imposed. In an order dated July 31, 1990, the Attorney Discipline Board affirmed the decision of Wayne County Hearing Panel #1. Respondent filed a motion for reconsideration and stay of discipline, which was denied by the Board in an order dated August 29, 1990. Costs were assessed in the amount of $359.19.
