NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 91-3-JC Jerome A. Susskind, P21176, Jackson, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #2.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective April 19, 1990. Respondent was convicted in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, of one count of conspiracy to obstruct & impede justice in violation of 18 USC 1503 & 371, one count of conspiracy to make false material declarations in violation of 18 USC 1623 & 371, three counts of making false material declarations--aiding and abetting in violation of 18 USC 1623 & 2(A), two counts of influence, obstruct and impede due administration of justice in violation of 18 USC 1503, and one count use of false documents and aiding and abetting in violation of 18 USC 1001 & 2(A). In accordance with MCR 9.120(A), the respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on April 19, 1990, the date of conviction.

Upon the filing of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. In an order dated April 1, 1991, Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #2 ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked. Costs were assessed in the amount of $375.01.
