NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
ADB 92-88 Lester D. Hudson, P-24745, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Wayne County Hearing Panel #7.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 1, 1990. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
The respondent admitted that he failed to answer two requests for investigation. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4,7); MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.113(B)(2); and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A) (1,5,6). Costs were assessed in the amount of $266.20.
