NOTICE OF TRANSFER TO INACTIVE STATUS (By Consent)

1) Transfer to Inactive Status; 2) Effective February 1, 1990. The respondent is transferred to inactive status under the provisions of MCR 9.121(A) pursuant to a stipulation submitted to the hearing panel and the Grievance Administrator. In accordance with the applicable court rules, the respondent is transferred to inactive status for an indefinite period and until further order of the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstatement of the respondent's license to practice law will be governed by the provisions of MCR 9.121(E)(F). No costs were assessed.
