NOTICE OF REPRIMAND

1) Reprimand; 2) Effective August 26, 1989. The hearing panel found that misconduct had been established as to Counts I and V of Formal Complaint DP 103/86, Formal Complaint DP 156/86 in its entirety, and Count II of Formal Complaint DP 197/86. Respondent failed to timely answer a formal complaint and failed to answer three requests for investigation. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4,7); MCR 9.113(1,2) and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR l-102(A)(1,5,6). Costs were assessed in the amount of $2234.66.
