NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

1) Suspension - six months; 2) Effective November 18, 1989. The Attorney Grievance Commission and the hearing panel approved the terms of a stipulation for consent order of discipline submitted in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The respondent pled nolo contendere to the allegations contained in count I of the formal complaint that he failed to maintain the identity of client funds entrusted to him by commingling them with funds belonging to a trust. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(2-4), and Canons 1 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A) (5-6) and DR 9-102(A). Costs were assessed in-he amount of $356.17.
