NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
ADB 46-89 Michael Carl Delling, P-34515, Lapeer, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #1.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective October 6, 1989. The hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission approved a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline executed by the Grievance Administrator and the respondent and submitted in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The parties agree that the respondent should be reprimanded upon acceptance of his admissions to the allegations in a seven-count formal complaint which charged that the respondent failed to remit money collected on behalf of various creditors in conformity with his agreement with a collection agency. Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(2-4) and Canons 1 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(4,6) and DR 9-102(B) (1,3,4). Costs were assessed in the amount of $373.65.
