NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)
ADB 52-87; 165-87; 184-87 Clyde Ritchie, P-19469, Ypsilanti, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Wayne County Hearing Panel #6.
1) Suspension - thirty days; 2) Effective June 23, 1989. The Attorney Grievance Commission and the hearing panel approved a stipulation for consent order of discipline entered in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The respondent offered a plea of nolo contendere to ADB 52-87 Count V only, which charged that Respondent failed to answer a Request for Investigation. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4,7); MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.113(B)(2); and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(1,5,6).
