NOTICE OF REVOCATION ADB 61-89 Patrick S. Werner, P-25226, Rockspring, Wyoming, by Attorney Discipline Board Wayne County Hearing Panel #14.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective August 8, 1989. Respondent was disbarred in Wyoming by an order of the Wyoming Supreme Court dated June 22, 1988. Based upon his default in the Wyoming proceedings, the respondent was found to have committed serious acts of professional misconduct including the misappropriation of funds from his trust account and his failure to account for approximately $14,000 entrusted to him in a bankruptcy case. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of Canons 1, 5, 6 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(4); DR 5-105(A)(B); DR 6-101(A)(3); DR 9-102(A)(1,2) and DR 9-102(B)(3).

In accordance with MCR 9.104, proof of the adjudication of misconduct in the disciplinary proceedings in Wyoming was deemed to constitute conclusive proof of misconduct in proceedings conducted in Michigan. Respondent failed to file pleadings and failed to appear at a hearing held in Detroit on June 6, 1989 pursuant to an order directing the respondent to show cause why a reciprocal order of discipline should not be entered. Costs were assessed in the amount of $87.50.
