1) Reprimand; 2) Effective May 31, 1989. The hearing panel unanimously determined that the respondent represented the Defendant husband in a divorce case in Shiawassee County Circuit Court, removed the signature page from the proposed judgment of divorce, attached that page to a different proposed judgment of divorce that had not been approved by opposing counsel and had that document entered by the Court. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4> and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A) (1-6). Costs were assessed in the amount of $578.96.
