NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 18-54-JC Notice Issued: October 23,2018 Henry Perez, Jr., P 23138, Livonia, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #19.

Suspension - 36 Months, Effective October 19, 2018 Respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was convicted by guilty plea in a matter titled People of the State of Michigan v Henry

Perez, 3rd Judicial Circuit Court, Case No. 17-002965-01-FH, of one count of assault and battery, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCR 750.81. Based on respondent's conviction and the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct by engaging in conduct that violated a criminal law of the State of Michigan, in violation of MCR 9.104(5).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 36 months. Costs were
