1) Reprimand; 2) Effective April IS, 1989. The Attorney Grievance Commission and the hearing panel approved a stipulation for consent order of discipline submitted in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The respondent admitted that his failure to file an answer on behalf of his clients in a civil matter and his failure to take timely action to set aside the subsequent judgment constituted misconduct in violation of MCR 9.104(1,4) and Canons 1, 6 and 7 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(1,5,6); DR 6-101(A)(3) and DR 7-101(A)(1-3) . Costs were assessed in the amount of $ 476.51
