1) Reprimand; 2) Effective April 15, 1989. Respondent was convicted in Oakland County Circuit Court of Resisting and Obstructing Police Officer contrary to MCL Section 750.479-A, Habitual Offender - Second, Contrary to MCL 769.10, Possession of Firearm While Intoxicated, contrary to MCL Section 750.327 and Use of Cocaine contrary to MCL 335.341(5)(a). In accordance with MCR 9.120(A)(2)(4), Respondent was ordered to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. The hearing panel imposed a reprimand with condition based upon the convictions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $183.96.
