1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 14, 1989. The Hearing Panel found that the Respondent practiced law while his license was suspended and filed a false Affidavit of Compliance regarding the same suspension. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104 (1-4); MCR 9.123(A) and Canons 1, 2, and 3 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(4-6); DR 2-110(B)(2) and DR 3-101(B). Costs were assessed in the amount of $883.35.
