NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (by Consent)
ADB 139-88 Raymond W. Krolikowski, P-16254, Hamtramck, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Oakland County Hearing Panel #11.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective January 5, 1989. The hearing panel accepted the Respondent's plea of nolo contendere to charges that he was retained in March 1984 to handle a probate matter but that he failed to represent his client diligently and expeditiously, failed to further his client's lawful objectives and failed to avoid prejudicing and damaging his client. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104 (1-4) and Canons 1, 6, and 7 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(1, 5, 6); DR 6-101(A)(3) and DR 7101(A)(1-3). Costs were assessed in the amount of $107.62.
