1) Reinstatement; 2) Effective December 27, 1988. The petitioner Robert A. Grimes, filed a Petition for Reinstatement in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 and satisfactorily demonstrated to a hearing panel that more than five years had elapsed from the revocation of his license to practice law by the Supreme Court on November 23, 1982 and that he had otherwise established his eligibility for reinstatement. The hearing panel filed an order on September 2, 1988
conditioning petitioner's reinstatement upon his submission of satisfactory proof that he had paid the costs of the reinstatement proceedings, paid his annual dues to the State Bar of Michigan and had been recertified by the Board of Law Examiners as required by MCR 9.123(C). Such proof was submitted to the Board on December 27, 1988 and the petitioner's reinstatemew became effective on that date.
