1) Reprimand; 2) Effective January 4, 1989. The hearing panel in this case concluded that the respondent misrepresented certain facts in connection with an application for a loan from a banking institution, in violation of MCR 9.104(3) and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(4). The panel further concluded that the misrepresentations were not made with a fraudulent intent and were not made in the course of an attorney/client relationship. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1849.45.
