1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 24, 1988. The Attorney Grievance Commission and a hearing panel approved the terms of a consent order of discipline filed by the Grievance Administrator and the respondent in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The respondent offered a plea of nolo contendere to charges that the respondent withdrew funds from an account established jointly by the respondent and a client without first obtaining the consent or approval of the client. Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4) and Canons 1, 2 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1- 102(A)(4-6); DR 2-106(B) and DR 9-102(A)(B).
