On October 17, 2018, respondent was convicted by guilty plea of wire fraud, a felony, in violation of 18 U.S. C. § 1343, in the matter titled United States of America v Peter Truskolawski, US District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Case No. 2: 18-cr-20565. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
