1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 13, 1988. The Respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and a hearing panel in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). Respondent admitted that he unlawfully possessed quantities of controlled substances, marijuana and cocaine. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-5) and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(1, 3, 6). Costs were assessed in the amount of $300.83.
