1) Revocation; 2) Effective November 17, 1988. Respondent was convicted in Oakland County Circuit Court on seven counts violation of MCLA 750.218 (false pretenses over $100.00) and seven counts of MCLA 750.218-BC (conspiracy to commit false pretense over $100.00).
In accordance with MCR 9.120, the respondent's license was automatically suspended effective November 17, 1988, the date of conviction, and the respondent was order to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. In an order dated April 11, 1989, the hearing panel imposed revocation of Respondent's license to practice law. Costs were assessed in the amount of $140.13.
