1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 31, 1988. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and a hearing panel in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). Respondent admitted his failure to maintain complete records for a client trust account and admitted that his conduct violated MCR 9.104(1-4) and Canon 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 9-102(B(3). Costs were assessed in the amount of $83.60.
