1) Suspension - nine months; 2) Effective October 13, 1988. The Respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The proceedings before the panel were commenced by the filing of a Judgment of Conviction showing that the Respondent offered a plea of no contest to a violation of MCLA 750.520c in the Wayne County Circuit Court on March 23, 1988. Costs were assessed in the amount of $99.75.
