1) Reprimand; 2) Effective -September 9, 1988 - The Respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F) (5 ) in which the Respondent admitted allegations in the Formal Complaint that she unreasonably delayed refunding fees paid to her as a retainer to appeal a criminal conviction. Such conduct was alleged to be in
