Respondent 's conduct was found t o be i n v i o l a t i o n of MCR 9.104(1-5,7); MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.113(B)(2) and Canons 1, 6 and 7 of t h e Code of P ro fe s s iona l R e s p o n s i b i l i t y , DR 1-102(A)(1,3-6); DR 6-101(A)(3) and DR 7-101(A)(l-3). Costs were assessed i n t h e amount of $138.04.
A p e t i t i o n f o r review was f i l e d by t h e Grievance Adminis t ra tor seek ing inc reased d i s c i p l i n e i n l i g h t of t h e n a t u r e of t h e misconduct and r e sponden t ' s p r i o r d i s c i p l i n a r y ' h i s t o r y i nc lud ing reprimands i n 1985 and 1987.
