The hear ing panel considered t h e aggrava t ing e f f e c t of nine previous formal complaints f i l e d a g a i n s t Respondent s i n c e 1980 r e s u l t i n g i n f i v e o rde r s of suspension. I n i t s Order f i l e d March 2, 1988, the panel revoked Respondent's l i c e n s e t o p r a c t i c e l aw e f f e c t i v e J a n u a r y 21, 1988. C o s t s were a s s e s s e d i n t h e amount of $437.52.
NOTE: P r i o r t o t h e e f f e c t i v e d a t e of t h i s Order of Revocation, Respondent's l i c e n s e has suspended cont inuous ly s i n c e September 3, 1985 a s a r e s u l t of suspension o r d e r s f o r pe r iods of n ine months, t h j e e years and 120 days.
