2 ) E f f e c t i v e December 8 , 1987. The hea r ing pane l concluded from t h e evidence presen ted t h a t Respondent was suspended f o r 120 days commencing May 9, 1986. I n v i o l a t i o n of t h a t Order of Suspension, Respondent cont inued h i s r e p r e s e n t a t i o n of a r e l a t i v e i n a mat te r be fo re t h e Juven i l e Div is ion of t h e Wayne County Proba te Court and appeared pe r sona l ly before t h a t c o u r t on June 1 , 1986. The pane l f u r t h e r found t h a t Respondent was d i scharged by a c l i e n t i n ano the r ma t t e r bu t f a i l e d t o t ake app rop r i a t e s t e p s t o n o t i f y t h e c o u r t of h i s withdrawal and/or h i s suspension. Respondent's conduct was found t o be i n v i o l a t i o n of MCR 9.104(1-5,8); MCR 9.119 and Canons 1 and 3 of t h e Code of P r o f e s s i o n a l R e s p o n s i b i l i t y , DR 1-102(A)(3-6) and DR 3-101(B).

In an o r d e r en t e r ed May 12, 1988, t h e Attorney D i s c i p l i n e Board s e t a s i d e t h e reprimand imposed by t h e panel and d i r e c t e d t h a t Respondent be s u s p e n d e d f o r 120 e f f e c t i v e December 8 , 1987 and u n t i l R e s p o n d e n t ' s r e in s t a t emen t i n accordance wi th MCR 9.123(B). Costs were a s se s sed i n t h e amount of $368.62.

NOTE: Respondent's l i c e n s e t o p r a c t i c e law has been suspended cont inuous ly s i n c e Ma59, 1986.
