NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 18-69-JC Notice Issued: September 5,2018 Ivar G. Anderson, P 69592, Farmington, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri­ County Hearing Panel #61.

Reprimand, Effective September 1, 2018 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed an Amended Stipulation for Consent Order of Reprimand, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The amended stipulation contained respondent's admission that he was convicted in a matter titled People of the City of Farmington Hills v Ivar Gustaf Anderson, 47th District Court Case No. 17H07493A, of the misdemeanor of operating while impaired by alcohol, in violation of MCl 257.6253-A. Based on respondent's conviction and his admission in the stipulation, the hearing panel found that respondent engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of a state, contrary to MCR 9.104(5).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $770.76.
