An o rde r suspending Respondent's l i c e n s e f o r 121 days became e f f e c t i v e September 9 , 1985 and a t h i r d o rde r , suspending h i s l i c e n s e f o r t h r e e and one h a l f yea r s became e f f e c t i v e January 21, 1986.
