Following cons ide ra t ion of a P e t i t i o n f o r Review f i l e d by t h e Grievance Administrator , t he Reprimand imposed by t h e hear ing panel was aff i rmed i n an o rde r i s sued by t h e Attorney Di sc ip l ine Board on A p r i l 12 , 1988. The Board r e j e c t e d Responden t ' s argument t h a t h i s f a i l u r e t o answer f o r more than s i x months was excused by the press of o t h e r business and c o s t s of $750.00 were t o f u r t h e r t r a n s c r i p t c o s t s of $135.00.
