The Panel f u r t h e r found that Respondent improperly mailed unsigned S a t i s f a c t i o n of Judgment documents t o h i s el i e n t wi thout adequate ly e x p l a i n i n g t h a t no s e t t l e m e n t had, i n f a c t , been en t e r ed . Respondent 's conduct was found t o b e i n v i o l a t i o n of MCR 9.104(1-4) and Canons 6 and 7 of the Code of P ro fe s s iona l Respons ib l i ty , DR 6-101(~) (1-3) and DR 7-101(A)(1-3).
