The Panel f u r t h e r found t h a t her answer t o t h e Request f o r Inves t iga t ion served by the Grievance Administrator f a i l e d t o f u l l y and f a i r l y d i s c l o e e the nature of ha r r e p r e s e n t a t i o n . Responden t ' s conduc t was a l l e g e d t o be i n v i o l a t i o n of MCB 9.104(1-4,6) and Canons 1, 6 h 7 of t h e Code of Profess ional Respons ib i l i ty , DR 1-101(A)(4-6); DR 6-101(A)( 1-31 ; DR 7-101(A)(1-3).
The suspension of t h i r t y days imposed by the hearing panel was appealed t o t h e Attorney Discipl ine Board which increased d i s c i p l i n e t o a s u s p e n s i o n of I20 days . Respondent w i l l be required t o e s t a b l i s h he r e l i g i b l i t y f o r reinstatement i n accordance wi th t h e provis ions of MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124.
