The Respondent d i d n o t answer the Formal Complaint, nor d id he appear be fo re the Hearing Panel. The Panel concluded t h a t the Respondent' s conduct cons t i tu ted v i o l a t i o n s of MCB 9.104(1-4,
7 & 8 ) , MCR 9 . 1 1 3 ( 1 , 2 ) and Canons 1, 6 & 7 of t h e Code of P ro fe s s iona l Respons ib i l i t y , DR 1-102(A)(4-6), Canon 6 DR6-101 (A) (3 ) and DR 7-101(A) (1-3). The Panel concluded t h a t a Revocation of Respondent 's l i c e n s e was warranted i n l i g h t of a h i s to ry of p r i o r d i s c i p l i n e inc luding four Orders of D i s c i p l i n e s i n c e June 1983.
The Orde r o f t h e H e a r i n g P a n e l was a f f i r m e d b y t h e Attorney Di sc ip l ine Board and c o s t s were a s se s sed i n the amount of $161.02. Respondent' s Motion f o r Reconsidera t i o n was denied by the Board March 23, 1987.
NOTE: on : the effective date of t h e Orde r r e v o k i n g Responden t ' s l i c e n s e , Respondent had been suspended from the p r a c t i c e of law s i n c e March 1, 1985, the e f f e c t i v e d a t e of a two year suspension. A th ree year and one day suspension i n a n un re l a t ed d i s c i p l i n e m a m g e c t i v e J u l y 16, 1985.
