dismissal: t h a t he f a i l e d to answer the Request f o r Inves t igat ion f i l e d by t h a t c l i e n t i n December, 1985 ;t hat in connection with his represen ta t ion of the o f f i c e r s of a l abor union, he took possession of union funds i n the amount of $1790.00 i n May, 1984 and c o n v e r t e d t h o s e . funds t o h i s own use ; t h a t he f a i l e d t o answer t h e Reques t f o r I n v e s t i g a t i o n f i l e d i n November 1985 regarding h i s r epresen ta t ion i n the union matter; t h a t he f a i l e d to answer a f u r t h e r Request for Inves t iga t ion f i l e d i n Apr i l , 1986 regarding an unre la ted matter; and t h a t he f a i l e d to answer the Formal Complaint served by the Grievance Administrator i n December 1986. Respondent's conduct was found to be i n v i o l a t i o n of MCR 9.'104(1-4;7); MCR 9.113; MCR 9.115(D). The Panel considered- Respondent' s f a i l u r e to p resen t any m i t i g a t i n g f a c t o r s together with the aggravating e f f e c t of Respondent' s three year suspension, e f f e c t i v e October 2 1, 1986 f o r misconduct involving the misuse of c l i e n t funds and determined t h a t revocation was warranted.
