La a n Order of Revocation f i l e d August 5, 1987, Kalamazoo Hearing Panel #2 accepted the S t i p u l a t i o n f o r Consent Order of D i s c i p l i n e e n t e r e d on t h e r e c o r d b y t h e Respondent and t h e Grievance Administra'tor and i t was agreed by the p a r t i e s t h a t the revocat ion of Respoadent's l i c e n s e would b e deemed e f f e c t i v e February 10, 1987, the date of Respondent's convict ion and h i s automatic in te r im suspension. Costs were assessed i n the amount of $184.91. P r i o r t o t h e e f f e c t i v e date of t h e Order o f Revocation, Respondent's l i c e n s e t o p r a c t i c e law was suspended f o r a p e r i o d of s i x t y days e f f e c t i v e J a n u a r y 2 1 , 1987 i n a n unre la ted d i s c f p l i n a r ~m atter. Upon the en t ry of the Order of Revocation, Respondent's p e t i t i o n f o r a review of the sixty-day suspension was dismissed.
