the payment of cos ta t o the S t a t e Bar of Michigan; and that he had f a i l e d t o answer two Requests f o r Inves t iga t ion . Respondent
was found to have committed a c t s of profess ional misconduct i n v i o l a t i o n of MCR 9.104(1-4,7,8); MCR 9.113; MCR 9.128; and Canons 1,6 & 7 of the Code of Profess ional Responsib i l i ty , DR 1-102 (A)(4-6); DR 6-101(A)2,3); and DR 7-101(A)(1,3).
The Respondent appeared be fo re the hearing panel and was a f f o r d e d a n o p p o r t u n i t y t o p r e s e n t t e s t i m o n y i n m i t i g a t i o n . Costs were asseased i n the amount of $260.52.
