The Board d id conclude, however, t h a t Respondent' s f a i l u r e to f i l e a t imely Answer t o the R e q u e s t for I n v e s t i g a t i o n and h i s f a i l u r e t o r e p l y t o t h e repea ted w r i t t e n i n q u i r i e s from the Attorney Grievance Commiss ion warranted a Reprimand.
