Respondent' s f a i l u r e to answer the Complaints r e su l t ed i n the ent ry of three (3) Defaults and the f inding by the Panel t h a t professional misconduct was es tab l i shed as al leged i n the Complaints, to w i t : DP 142/84--Respondent n e g l e c t e d a l e g a l matter f o r approx imate ly s i x ( 6 ) months, misrepresented the s t a t u s of the case to her c l i e n t , and f a i l e d to answer a Request f o r Inves t igat ion; DP 170184-Responden t f a i l e d t o answer t h e Formal Complaint; DP 192/ S4--Responden t neglected a l e g a l matter, e s t a t u s of t h a t case to

her c l i e n t , f a i l e d to ans o r Inves t iga t ion , engaged i n a d e l i b e r a t e c o n f l i c t of i n t e r e s t , neglected a separate l e g a l matter and misrepresented the s t a t u s of t h a t case, and submitted an Answer to a Request f o r Inves t igat ion which was misleading.

Respondent was found to have v i o l a t e d t h e p r o v i s i o n s of GCR 953(1-4)(7) [now MCR 9.104(1-4)(7)]; Canons 1, 5, 6 & 7 of the Code of Professional Responsibi l i ty , to w i t : DR 1-102(A) ( 4 - 6 ) ; DR 5-105(~ . ) (B); DR 6 - O l ( ) ( l - 3 DR 7-101(~)(1-3) and DR 7 -102(~)( 5 )

I n mi t igat ion, Respondent 9a t i s f a c t o r i l y demons t r a ted to the Panel that her conduct a l leged i n the Complaint occurred a t a time when her a b i l i t y to p rac t i ce law competently was mate r i a l ly impaired, t h a t the impairment contributed to the misconduct and was suscept ib le to treatment. I n i t s Order Affirming the Hearing

Panel Decis ion, the Attorney D i s c i p l i n e Board l i m i t e d the Reprimand imposed to Complaint DP 170184 and ordered that Respondent be s u b j e c t to a n Order of Probat ion i n accordance w i t h MCR 9.121(C) f o r a per iod of two (2 ) years . Respondent shall con t inue a program of therapy with c.ert i f i c a tes of t o be s u b m i t t e d t o t h e Board on a q u a r t a r l y b a s i s . C o s t s were a s s e s s e d i n the amount of $1336.67.
