I n a S t i p u l a t i o n f o r Consent Order of D i sc ip l ine f i l e d by the Respondent and the Grievance Adminis t ra tor pursusant t o MCR 9.115(F)(5) , the Respondent admit ted t o a l l the charges i n the Formal Complaint and agreed that an Order might be en tered by the ' Hearing Panel suspending h i s l i c e n s e t o p r a c t i c e law f o r a per iod
of one year. The Respondent f u r t h e r admi t ted t h a t h i s conduct a s a l l e g e d c o n s t i t u t e d v i o l a t i o n s of MCR 9.104(1-4)(7)
and Canons 1,
