I n its Opinion, the Board noted Raepondent's p r i o r d i w i p l i n e including a Reprimand e f f e c t i v e 7/1/75; SLxtg (60) Day Surpenrioa e f f e c t i v e 4/8/76; 119 Day Surpenaion e f fec t ive 3/12/85 and 120 Day Suspension e f f e c t i v e 2/24/86, Respondent's p a t u r n of neglect and mistepreseatation, and the ageravating e f f e c t of h i r d i r r rga rd fo r the carma of a p r i o r d i s c i p l i n e order.
