and Canons 1,6,7 6 9 of the Code of P rofess iona l Responsibi l i ty , to w i t : DR 1-102(~)(1)(3-6) , DR 6-101 ( ~ ) ( 3 ) ,D R 7 - 1 0 2 ( ~ ) ( 5 ) , DR 9-102(A) (1,2) and DR 9 -102(~) (1 ) (3 ,4 ) . The Panel noted p r i o r d i s c i p l i n e s of Suspension of F i f t een (15) Days i n Apri l 1983 and 120 Days i n September 1985, both sanct ions imposed f o r neg lec t of c i v i l matters . Costs were assessed i n the amount of $1,500.97.
