(1) Suspension of 121 days. (2) Effec t ive 18 September 1985. The Attorney Disc ip l ine Board found t h a t Respondent f a i l e d adequately, competently o r zealously t o represent a c l i e n t i n l i t i g a t i o n . Respondent f a i l e d to answer in te r roga to r i e s desp i t e an order t o do so, and f a i l e d t o ob jec t to a proposed order of d ismissa l of h i s c l i e n t ' s case. Despite promises to h i s c l i e n t , Respondent f u r t h e r f a i l e d to f i l e a motion f o r reinstatement of the ac t ion a f t e r dismissal .

The Board considered Respondent' s youth and r e l a t i v e inexperience i n mi t iga t ion , but noted a p r i o r f i f t e e n (15) day suspension. The Board concluded t h a t a 121 day suspension was appropr ia te s ince Respondent w i l l be compelled to undergo rigorous reinstatement proceedings before p rac t i c ing again.
