H e was found i n Wyoming to have h a b i t u a l l y v i o l a t e d t h e Federa l Rules of C i v i l Procedure and U.S. District Court d i scovery o r d e r s ; of misrepresents t i o n s t o c l i e n t s ; of n e g l e c t i n g a c a s e , and a t t empt ing l e g a l s e r v i c e s w i thou t adequate p repa ra t i on ; and o f f r a d u l e n t l y r e c e i v i n g funds from a n estate wi thou t c o u r t approval .
The panel found that Respondent had v i o l a t e d former GCR 196 3 , 953 [now MCR 9.1041 , and Canons 1, 6 , and 7 of t he Code of P r o f e s s i o n a l Respons ib i l i t y : DR 1 - 1 0 2 ( ~ )( 1)( 2 ) (4 ) - (6 ) ; DR 6-lOl(A) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ; DR 7 - 1 0 1 ( ~ )( 3) and DR 7-106(C) ( 7 ) . I n a s s e s s i n g d i s c i p l i n e , t h e pane l noted that the re w i l l be no c l i e n t n o t i f i c a t i o n requirements i n Michigan s i n c e Respondent does n o t main ta in a n o f f i c e here . P r i o r d i s c i p l i n e of a reprimand i n 1982 was considered. Costs o f $240.92 were imposed.
