Respondent was appointed personal guardian of h i s c l i e n t f o r her l i f e t ime. When t h e c l i e n t d i e d , a p e r s o n a l r e p r e s e n t a t i v e was appointed. During the term of h i s guardianship, Respondent f a i l e d to f i l e annual accountings which resul ted i n h i s suspension by the c o u r t a s guardian. Respondent a l s o f a i l e d to f i l e tax re tu rns . When the personal r epresen ta t ive requested an accounting, Respondent f a i l e d to comply. Respondent a l s o f a i l e d o r refused to turn over possesion of the a s s e t s to the personal representa t ive who was forced to p e t i t i o n t h e probate court . Respondent eventually f i l e d a f a l s e accounting, f a i l e d to include a s s e t s of $25,000 and ins tead tendering a promissory note. Respondent f u r t h e r f a i l e d to answer and appear before the h e a r i n g p a n e l , d i d n o t submit r e a s o n s f o r t h e same and f i l e d no p l e a d i n g s o r o ther documents with the Board. The hearing panel found v i o l a t i o n s of the following rules : GCR 1963, 953 (1-4) and (71, Canons 1, 6 , 7 and 9 of the Code of Profess ional Responsibi l i ty , to w i t : DR1-102(A) ( 5 ) ( 6 ) , D R ~ - 1 0 1 ( ~( 3)) , ~ ~ 7 - 1 0 1((1~) ()3 ) and ~ ~ 9 - 1 0 2 ( B ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ) .
