Respondent' s l i c e n s e to p r a c t i c e law was automa t i c a l l y suspended J u l y 18, 1984 n h i s convict ion of the fe lon ies of
forgery and conspiracy to commit forgery. Pursuant to the Court r u l e , the Respondent was ordered to show cause why a f i n a l o rde r
of d i s c i p l i n e shou ld n o t be e n t e r e d . Upon i t s review o f a hearing panel order suspending the Respondent's l i c e n s e f o r a period of three years , the Attorney Dis icp l ine Board concluded t h a t the g r a v i t y of Respondent's c r iminal conduct coupled wi th h i s p a s t d i s c i p l i n a r y h i s t o r y warranted revocation of h i s l i c e n s e to p r a c t i c e law. The Board noted t h a t the Respondent had been suspended on two p r i o r occasions and that one of those suspensions resu l t ed from h i s convict ion of f e d e r a l income tax eva s ion.
Respondent' s a p p l i c a t i o n f o r leave to appeal was denied by the Michigan Supreme Court i n an Order dated Apri l 29, 1986. Revocation is e f f e c t i v e from the date of Respondent's automatic suspension, J u l y 18, 1984. Costs were assessed i n the amount of $334.95. ,
